ESSDACK offers districts a wide variety of benefit services ranging from health insurance to retirement savings programs (403(b) and 457(b) Savings Plans) to 125 Benefits (Cafeteria plan, FSA administration and optional worksite products). Although you must be a member of ESSDACK to participate in the Group Health Insurance Consortium, the Retirement Savings Programs and 125 Benefits Program are available to members or non- members alike.
Each solution has been designed with the following goals:
